Return Window: 30 Days
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If your item is returned after 30 days, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Product Condition
We only accept returns or exchanges for new, unused products that are in their original condition. The product must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or washed by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns are accepted if the purchase date falls within the last 30 days. Items older than 30 days are not eligible for return.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of $5.00 USD will apply to returns to cover initial delivery charges. Additionally, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Exception: If the item was received in a damaged condition, the restocking fee will be waived.
Return Method: By Mail
To return your item, please follow the steps below:
Contact Us: Initiate your return by contacting us at support@fural.shop within 30 days of receiving your item.
Receive Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return label and instructions for returning your item.
Prepare Your Return: Print the return label, pack the item securely in its original packaging, and affix the label to the package.
Mail Your Return: Ship the return package to the provided address. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fees unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval or return label may not be accepted.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns due to a change of mind; however:
Customers are responsible for paying all additional charges for returning the item.
Customized items are not eligible for returns.
Damages and Issues

Exchanges Process
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, return it first. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.
The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Processing Time: The refund will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval. Delayed Refunds

Restocking Fee and Deduction
